I'm not a career consultant. In 2019 I started PTRN Transport, one of the original Amazon DSP 2.0 delivery partners. Day to day that meant 25–30 routes and 65 full-time drivers; during peak season we ramped to 45–50 routes and about 85 drivers. It also meant living the grind: hiring and onboarding, dispatching routes, tracking every expense, staying compliant with Amazon's requirements, and making sure we were actually paid what we were owed.
The tools available didn't fit how a small delivery business runs, so I built my own — a single system that ran the company from hiring, to operations, to expense, compliance, and payment tracking. By my estimate it gave me back 20–30 hours a week and caught, on average, $2,000–3,000 a month in payments that would otherwise have slipped through.
Fellow operators kept asking how I did it. So in 2022 I started Parali Consulting, mentoring five to seven local DSPs and solving whatever pain point they walked in with — compliance, payments, hiring — with the same automation: save time, stay compliant, get paid correctly, maximize profit. In 2026 I closed PTRN Transport to focus on this full time, starting by rolling out that original system as a complete platform, Last Mile Assist.
